Very good service. I needed 2 new tires and an oil change, they recommended and alignment but I couldn't afford all 3 so they threw the oil change in at no extra charge. Best experience I've ever had at a Mavis.
Great place to have regular maintenance work done on your car. Super reasonable prices and if there is any issue they made it right. Friendly service.
Dropped car off 10 am. Was promised 3 pm. Came back at 3. Car wasn't even looked at. Was told I could bring it back another day.this is a second time for this place. Never again. Don't cone here. Bad.tire pressure lights still on and brought the car in for tire pressure. I don't think they did anything.
I called to make an appointment which took three times of me calling to actually get through to someone. I got here around 745 and none of the workers showed up until 759. I understand they don't open until 8 but I expected the manager to at least to be here a little earlier than the rest of the crew. All of the technicians looked like they were rolled hard and put away wet. Most look like they just woke up which is nerve wracking when they're changing tires and oil. They were also disgusting looking. I understand their job is a dirty one and they probably hate their lives but at least look somewhat presentable. Their clothes looked like they haven't been washed in days. Not impressed with the presentation at all. I made it clear to them that I'll be taking this vehicle on a road trip and it needs to be in tip top shape.
I went in with a low pressure indicator in my car. The guys at Mavis took some time but given that it was a weekend, I completely understand. They checked my tires and confirmed that I didn't have a flat tire. They then filled up the tires and would you believe didn't charge a dime. Absolute gems... 3 cheers to you guys!!!
