Worst shop I have ever dealt with. Would not recommend anyone to go to j and j unless you would like your car worked on by people that don't care for their customers at all. Spent 800 dollars to replace lifters in my truck, after getting my truck back with the same problem and the bill being paid, I was run around for over a month after spending 800 dollars to put lifters into a motor that was bad. Shady paperwork also lead into me stating at the service counter I wanted an engine diagnostic to make sure what was wrong before we started repairing. Whichever tech worked on my truck was flat out wrong and said the lifters need to replaced and when I got my receipt....no engine diagnostic and I was stuck with the bill. After recognizing their screw up they "worked with me" on prices but I was still out 3800 dollars, with a new motor in my truck and brand new lifters I paid for sent back to jasper with my core engine. Worst communication, organization, and service I have ever seen in any shop I've visited or worked at myself.
