Good place. But if you want their delicious fried chicken, be prepared to wait because it's never ready.
I love RR's. Roast beef can't be beat as well as a number of other menu items. Unique compared to the McD's and BK's
Staff was repetitively using inappropriate language at a loud volume while acting in an aggressive manor, even after me making eye contact with them. Sweeping under my table while my family was eating. Sandwiches were assembled in an upside down and disorderly fashion. Toppings in the toppings bar were wilted and looked aged. There were no lids for fountain beverages or sauce cups. By the time staff provided these items my sides were already cold and undesirable. We were the only guests (5 of us) when we arrived. Management should ensure staff uses downtime more wisely.
Delicious Every Time! Very Friendly Staff! Also I don't mind waiting for freshly cooked food as I've seen others complain on here about wait time! That means Fresh Food! I'll wait! YUM
So glad we have a Roy's close by. People drive an hour to come eat here, and it's well worth it. It's a little pricey and you may wait 5 minutes for your meal but it's fresh, hot, and delicious! There's also adequate parking and sitting. With an outdoor eating area as well. Stores been clean with a friendly and helpful staff each time I've been there. Couldn't recommend it anymore.
