My husband called Franklin Family Plumbing this morning to fix a leaky shower drain that had been plaguing us. I was quite surprised that Keith was able to come out same day to do the repair. I thought surely we'd be waiting at least a few days for him to come out and take a look at the job.
While we had Keith out here to do the drain repair my husband asked him about an issue we had been having with our hot water heater. He did a quick inspection of the installation and identified our problem. Since he had the necessary parts on his truck to do the repair we had him do a second job for us on this visit.
Keith was very knowledgable and explained every detail of the job so we knew exactly what had to be done. Prior to doing the job he was able to quote us a price so there were no surprises. He did a thorough inspection of the prior drain installation and was able to pin point all the improper work that had been done. He quickly found the issues that were causing the leak and showed us the busted parts. He was then able to move on to quickly repair the problem.
My husband and I both appreciated that he was a very family friendly plumber. He wasn't bothered in the least that our six year old wanted to do "repairs" alongside him with her pretend power tools. I'm not sure that many other plumbers would have been ok with having a child hang out where they were working.
