I requested a septic inspection for a house I was hoping to buy. The inspectors were very unprofessional and could be heard making racist remarks about a previous customer. My inspection was pushed back because they had other ones going on and said there would be plenty of time. They then did not provide me the report back in time for me to submit requests to the house seller despite multiple reminders. I contacted them directly to file a complaint and haven't heard back.
Never go with this company. Their customer service sucks and they have no idea what is going on. We have to fix the septic, and I will not be giving any more money to them.

When I called this company they gave us the lowest price and they could come out the soonest. Thats where the good part ends. At first they told us we don't have to be present so we could do a weekday since there are no weekends. We wouldn't be able to be there on a weekday. Then we called again and they said oh you have to be present. And whoever we talked to this time said they can do a weekend.
The actual inspection was ok, the people were nice enough. However they tried to charge us more than what we owed because someone in the office messed up. The inspector told us that we would have our cert Tuesday, latest Wednesday. We called Wednesday since we didn't hear anything and they said it will be done Thursday because it needs to be reviewed. We called Thursday and they say oh it still needs to be reviewed. And they couldn't give us a definite time of when to expect it; to placate us they said tomorrow yet again. We were supposed to close end of March but now that isn't happening because these idiots.
