Owner very knowledgeable if you have any questions or need help. Great wine selection. Prices are pretty good. Staff very friendly
I walked in and asked the woman behind the counter how old you have to be to apply for a job. She was very nasty and harsh with her response "you have to be 18. We have more then enough help all the college students came back." then i was given a nasty look as i said thank you and walked out. That is noway to treat someone who is asking a simple question.
Very reasonable prices
Bought a keg and was told about the deposits for the keg and tap. When I returned them the next day I was shorted $3 and no one could explain why. A call to the owner revealed a "user fee" for the tap. How come nobody that works there knows about this fee and they don't bother explaining it to customers. Nickel and diming your customers is a practice that I will not put up with again.
Great selection, their knowledge of wine is really good and the prices are low especially when you get multiple bottles.
