Absolutely Disgusting!! This place does not know what the f*** they are doing. They put a hole in my cashmere sweater and said that it was worn out, when the sweater is relatively new. And on top that the sweater was dirty on the sleeve. When I tried to talk to them about it, Francine the lady that works their called me stupid for spending money on my sweater. I guess my stupidity gives you a job Francine. She really should take a course on customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE SERVICE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
They offer no apologies. Just a blunt "you should have checked your clothes more closely before you brought them here." Not even a smiling face. I will absolutely check every piece of clothing I ever bring to the dry cleaners' from now on- other dry cleaners of course. I wouldn't trust Franklin Cleaners with my doormat, let alone my tailored suits. Find a different cleaning service. You might have to drive a little out of your way, but at least your clothes will not be covered in green stains when you get them back.
They ruined an entire batch of my work clothes and then put the blame on me for "bringing the garments stained". My clothes were not stained before I brought them in. These are my office clothes. How can I get grass colored stains on two different suits and six button down shirts? Last I checked, I didn't have a grassy patch that I roll around in under my desk. Perhaps I have an alter ego that rolls around in grass when I'm not looking.
