They Just finished remodeling my main bath room and I am very happy with the results. They’re prices as well as the quality of their people and workmanship. The project went very smooth, It was a pleasure working with them, they showed up on time and completed everything they said that they would. I would whole heartedly recommend them to anyone . They were professional and friendly, but mostly they did what they said plus extra. Very happy would use them again without a moments hesistation.
It began as a wonderful warm fuzzy experience that quickly turned bad at the beginning of the job and continued to slide downhill. The GC, Carl, failed to fulfill his company's promises of timeliness, excellent service and craftmanship. The subcontracted carpenter, Chris, was less than stellar (no-show, late arrivals, failed to bring his tools, promised you everything but no delivery, poor planning, lack of planing, lack of a significant "team" on top of the haphazzard & rushed workmanship just to name a few issues). Tiling took way beyond what it should have due to the fact that the part-time carpenter was also the tiler. The job extended beyond the set time frame due to their lack of concern and staff. Overall, very unhappy with service and would never recommend using this GC as he was unable to control his subcontractors. The reason a GC was hired was so that I didn't have to worry. But the unfortunate reality is I worried, pleaded for resolution the entire time the job was in progress. My strong advice....find another company.
