I came to this local Verizon store to simply find a solution to my charging issue. I walked out the next day with 2 cell phones and 2 new tablets. Elvin was my Verizon representative that helped me with everything. He was absolutely amazing. I could not be happier . I highly recommend the Verizon store in Franklin. Absolutely a must is to ask for Elvin. He will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied
Great service!! While I'm a happy customer with Verizon, I did not upgrade my phone recently through them at the Franklin store. I got it elsewhere...regretfully. However, the all important follow-up and support, even after the phone is picked up, doesn't stop there. I walked in yesterday, met with both Donna and Ryan... Solution Specialists...and they did just that! They got me squared away with my issues and I was on my way. Thank you so much. Great job!
