Great service, highly recommend - Try to call ahead of time to see if parts are available and it's better to have a specific description of what you're looking for to save time for you and the employees

ONE OF THE WORST JUNKYARDS EVER! I wish I could rate this negative 5 stars. Do not go here unless you want to be treating as if you aren't a human. I literally came to this junkyard because they have a Ford Mustang Bumper and Third Brake Light. I walk into the office, very dirty, messy and smells very bad, and three guys are staring at me as if I have some odd physical appearance. They don't even say, "Can I help you?" I literally said, "I am looking for a silver Ford Mustang convertible, it's a 2001 and I saw it on your website. I want to buy the rear bumper on it." He literally asked me, "Which one?" I LITERALLY JUST TOLD HIM! He starts telling me that the bumper is sold and if anything else on the car interests me. I asked if I could at least LOOK at the car. He has someone bring me over to it and the rear bumper is still on it as well as the third brake light. I go back inside and say "The rear bumper is still on the car, are you saying that it's sold still?" He goes: "Ohh you wanted the rear one, I thought you meant the front." WTF!!!! Then I asked him if they could take the third brake light off the decklid and I can take mine off as well, we can trade and I COULD PAY EXTRAAAAA! He goes, "No you have to buy the entire decklid for $200." NO WAY! It's not that hard to take off a third brake light, in fact I could have done it myself. It's literally a few bolts and wires to unplug! So I said I'll just buy the bumper. He says it's $200, so I go to my car, grab $200, and come back and he says "It's $214 for tax." YOU LITERALLY SAID $200! I also asked if there was a warranty and he's like, "DID YOU LOOK AT THE BUMPER, IS THERE ANY DAMAGE?" What if they broke one of the clips during un-installation? Really? I asked if there WAS a warranty to buy, not to PUT a warranty. Then I finally say, "Nevermind, I don't want the bumper anymore." He literally gives me a dirty look and tells me "Why?" and "What's wrong with it?" I literally said I don't want it, I told him I felt as if it was a bad deal. Then he literally has the nerve to say, "Are you okay?" WTF? Does he think that I came to the junkyard DRUNK? I literally had to say "Can I just have my money back?" I literally felt as if they wouldn't but they did. Every single one of them in the office LITERALLY act as if their job is such a challenge, and that sitting on a seat looking at a computer is the worst job in the world. TAKE A LOOK AT BURGER KING AND MCDONALDS. Their manager must be aweful, and they are slobs with big messes on their desks. They also don't take care of the cars there, they all just sit on the ground to get more rust and scratches. They don't even bother to put bricks or rims underneath the cars to hold them up. Everything about this place is bad, the only good thing to go here for is car parts, but I didn't buy squat due to their attitudes and how they treat their customers AND condition their cars. BEWARE, THIS ISN'T A LIE, DON'T GO ALONE, BRING SOMEONE THAT COULD GET ON THEIR BACKS IF THEY ARE RUDE! ALSO, DON'T GO IF YOU'RE A TEENAGER BECAUSE THEY ACT AS IF THEY'RE KNOW-IT-ALLS. They literally lose business because they are too stubborn with what they want and don't want to sell. IT'S NOT THAT HARD TO TRADE BRAKE LIGHTS ESPECIALLY IF I'M ADDING MONEY ON TOP. I won't be surprised if this place closes for good!

Been dealing with them for over 10 years. Always good service and good used parts. Its nice to see newer wrecks and modern parts and I don't have to pull my own stuff anymore. Just pay for whatever want and its ready in a day or so. A++.

I attempted to purchase a part through Central Auto Liquidators. Initially, very friendly. They require a deposit to order a part, but do not accept them over the phone. I attempted to complete their credit card deposit form to email them, but had to call them back when #1 - I wasn't sure what deposit was required (no prearranged deposit), #2 - I had to question them on the requirement of including a copy of my credit card and drivers license. In speaking with them, I was informed that it was due to someone using a card that did not belong to them. Okay, I understand that. I informed the woman that I was more than willing to SHOW my credit card and drivers license but that I did not feel comfortable with providing a copy, not knowing the owner and what he might subsequently do with a copy of my information. This woman proceeded to get more and more irate with me, continuously increasing the volume of her voice - telling me she did not want to lose her job, she had kids to feed. I'm not sure what that had to do with anything as no one asked her to do anything to lose her job. I merely gave feedback that the policy may invade privacy laws. When I asked who the owner was and my desire to speak with him regarding my concern, she got even MORE upset and louder, telling me that Vinnie won't speak to a customer about his policies. I attempted to ask a few questions about Pay Pal, with little interest in the outcome, only to have this woman continuously interrupt me, at which time, I merely said good bye and hung up. I would not recommend ANYONE to purchase from this company. Not only could they sell your personal information (they have copies of it), but, if the owner is so far removed from his customers that he is unwilling to speak to them and put them at ease that their information is safe, it's not a company that I want to do business with.

Great friendly people people, smooth transaction, part purchased in excellent condition and priced well. Spanish speaking rep, Nidya, very polite and helpful as well as knowledgeable in the parts business. Would definitely recommend for doing business with.
