I don't know what changed this branch used to be good, now it's always busy, the customer doesn't seem important and they give you a hard time about things.
Tried on 3 occasions to open a account. 3 people behind the counter taking care of 1 customer. People are walking out without being helped muttering under their breath. Why would I open a account there
I love this branch been going there since i moved to franklin park almost 9 years ago and have had nothing but a good experience every time so i have no complaints at all.
There is really only ONE teller there that is a sweetheart and genuinely cares. Everyone else seems to want to avoid you, especially the male bank manager. I don't know his name, he's not very friendly or helpful.
The staff is kind and heartfelt. They are always looking to help someone when they can. I've had nothing but pleasant experiences.
